GPU rental terms of service. Nine sections, no annexes.
These are the complete terms on which GPU Rent Hub Compute LLC, a Wyoming company, rents dedicated GPU servers by the week or the month, sells GPU hardware and hosts customer-owned cards, paid only in cryptocurrency. Written to be read. If a sentence here contradicts a marketing page, this page wins — and we'd like to know so we can fix the marketing page.
1. The service
GPU Rent Hub rents dedicated, single-tenant servers equipped with GPUs ("instances") for fixed weekly or monthly terms, sells GPU hardware, and hosts customer-owned hardware ("colocation"). Instances are bare metal: you receive root access to the whole machine and are responsible for everything that runs on it. We provide power, cooling, network connectivity, the hardware itself, remote console access, and support for those things.
2. Accounts
An account is created with a username and a password. There is no identity check at sign-up or afterwards, which is what no-KYC GPU hosting means here and what makes the next sentence important. You are responsible for keeping the password safe and for everything done with the account. If you add no recovery method and lose access, we cannot restore it, and any balance on it is forfeited after 12 months of inactivity. One person may hold several accounts. You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you are.
3. Payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Payment is accepted only in the cryptocurrencies listed on the crypto payment page (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, XMR, SOL and LTC), credited to a USD balance at the spot rate at the time of the first network confirmation of your deposit.
- Terms are prepaid in full from the balance. A term begins when the instance is provisioned.
- Unused balance may be withdrawn at any time in the coin originally deposited, less network fees. Prepaid terms on running instances are not refundable except as credits under section 7.
- We charge no fees on deposits or withdrawals. Network fees on withdrawals are borne by you.
- Deposits sent to a wrong network or an address we did not generate for you are not recoverable by us, though we will try to help where we can.
4. Terms & renewals
- Instances auto-renew for the same term, drawn from your balance 24 hours before the term ends, unless you disable auto-renew.
- If the balance is insufficient, the instance runs until the end of the term and is then stopped. A 72-hour grace period follows during which you may fund the balance and restart it in place.
- After the grace period the instance is released to inventory; the storage key is destroyed and the drive wiped 7 days after the term ended. Snapshots and network volumes are separate services and are not affected.
- The price of a running term is locked until it ends. Price increases apply to renewals only after 7 days' notice in the dashboard.
- You may stop an instance at any time; the term does not pause and is not refunded. If your work is shorter than a week an hourly provider is the better fit, for the reasons set out in monthly versus hourly GPU rental.
5. Acceptable use
We do not monitor, inspect, or make judgements about the workloads you run, and we do not want to. This section exists only to protect the physical infrastructure, the network, and other customers. You agree not to:
- Use the network to attack other networks or hosts: outbound denial-of-service, mass port scanning, or sending unsolicited bulk email. Our response to a substantiated report from an affected operator is to null-route the specific port or destination on your instance and tell you why. We do not examine your disk or terminate your account for a first report.
- Attempt to access hardware, networks, or accounts that are not yours, including other customers' instances and our management network.
- Damage the hardware: circumventing power or thermal limits, flashing GPU firmware, or physically tampering with colocated equipment.
- Resell instances in a way that hides the identity of the party we should talk to when there's a problem — reselling itself is fine.
If we are compelled by valid US legal process to suspend an instance, we will do so, notify you through the dashboard unless prohibited, and refund the unused portion of the term to your balance.
6. Hardware sales & colocation
- Hardware is sold as described on the quote, paid in full before dispatch or installation. Title passes on payment; risk of loss passes on delivery (shipped) or installation (colocated).
- New hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, passed through. Fleet-retired hardware carries a 6-month GPU Rent Hub warranty against failure under normal use, remedied by repair, replacement, or refund at our option.
- Export-restricted destinations are refused at quote time. If a restriction arises between payment and dispatch, we refund in full.
- Colocated hardware, priced by power tier on the GPU colocation page, remains your property; we hold it as bailee, exercise reasonable care, and insure it against loss in our custody up to its purchase price. Colocation fees are billed monthly from your balance with the same grace rules as instances; after 30 days unpaid we may ship the hardware to an address you provide at your cost, or, after 90 days, treat it as abandoned and buy it back at the posted rate credited to your balance.
7. Availability & credits
We target 99.9% monthly availability per instance, measured by our health probes. For each hour of downtime beyond that in a calendar month, we credit one day of that instance's term, up to the full term, applied automatically to your balance. Downtime caused by your own configuration, by your stopping the instance, or by force majeure is excluded. Credits are the sole remedy for unavailability.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data on instance storage — take snapshots. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes & governing law
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice in the dashboard; changes apply to renewals and new orders, not to a running prepaid term. Every version is archived with a diff. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are resolved in its courts, except that you may bring a claim in your own jurisdiction where the law requires it.
